Our dedicated, multilingual team fosters a compassionate, inclusive environment, empowering each individual to thrive.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications and experience:</span><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Master’s degree in social work</span>, Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology (or any related field of degree)</li>\n<li>All professional staff will perform to the levels outlined in the Department of Public Health and Insurer regulations governing the delivery of the particular service delivered by the professional staff, excluding those reserved for physicians.</li>\n<li>Professional staff are responsible for the delivery of the full range of therapeutic modalities and diagnostic services.</li>\n<li>Qualified staff is certified to administer the CANS-MA version, if applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Minimum skills and knowledge:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate with other mental health professionals, other community professionals, such as a physician, attorneys, social workers, etc.</li>\n<li>Ability to use an electronic health record.</li>\n<li>Ability to use the software to meet guidelines and timelines regarding reports and other paperwork.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of professional ethics as it relates to providing mental health counseling.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of environmental and cultural factors inherent in diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform a minimum of 10 billable hours per week while maintaining a caseload of at least 10 clients.</li>\n<li>Provide individual and/or family therapy services.
