As a Cx Specialist, you&rsquo;ll help customers discover and connect with the Nex-Tech products and services that make their lives easier. In this role, you&rsquo;ll assist with sales and promotions, prepare customer contracts, process payments, and provide solutions for billing or account questions; all while building relationships that strengthen our communities.
