line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Floating to Austin area branch locations to assist escrow staff as needed and/or as directed by management.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Providing proactive support to team members while maintaining respectful communication.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Communicating and working closely with escrow teams and clients to ensure transactions close in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; vertical-align: baseline;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(51, 51, 51);\">Handling both front end processing and post-closing/funding tasks, as required by Independence Title Company standards.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"background-color: white;
