This position is responsible for coordinating production activities, managing team performance, and ensuring that production targets and deadlines are consistently met. The supervisor will work closely with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and supply chain to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues promptly. They will also be instrumental in implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
