      "content": "\n<li>Review blueprints, machining drawings, and technical requirements to plan production</li>\n<li>Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes</li>\n<li>Develop and modify G-code programs to support efficient machining</li>\n<li>Work with CNC controls such as Fagor, Fanuc, Haas, and Heidenhain (experience with all not required)</li>\n<li>Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and program adjustments</li>\n<li>Produce parts to tight tolerances (as close as 0.0005 inches)</li>\n<li>Inspect parts using precision measuring tools, including:\n\n</li><li>Calipers</li>\n<li>Micrometers</li>\n<li>Dial bore gauges</li>\n\n\n<li>Monitor part accuracy throughout runs and make necessary adjustments</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized workspace</li>\n<li>Follow quality procedures and safety guidelines at all times</li>\n<li>Coordinate with production leadership to meet deadlines and output goals</li>\n"
