    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/22.43.16/styles/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Under general supervision, to provide high quality customer service to the golfing public; perform assigned golf operational activities; supervise staff at the pro shop; and perform other duties as required.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Basic Computer Knowledge&nbsp;</li><li>Possession of a valid Louisiana Driver&rsquo;s License.</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work in a sometimes busy environment.</li></ol><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to the golfing public.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates assigned activities and functions relating to golf operations in accordance with established company policies. These activities may include: starting functions such as taking reservations and assigning the play of golfers; collecting greens fees; golf cart rental; scheduling and coordinating golf tournaments and other special activities; accounting for golf fees.</li><li>May supervise and train assigned pro shop staff.&nbsp;</li><li>Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the golf course, golf carts and other golf facilities.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinates and performs specialized projects, programs or operational work as required.&nbsp;</li><li>May represent the course in professional golf activities and at various meetings associated with golf activities;&nbsp;</li><li>may serve as liaison with other golf courses and member clubs</li><li>May assist in special events and assists with other operations as needed.</li></ol><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ol><li>Must be willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.&nbsp;</li><li>Must maintain a valid State Driver&rsquo;s License as a condition of employment.&nbsp;</li></ol><p><br></p><p><strong>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Be able to work standing for long periods of time.
