The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who understands broadcast standards, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can deliver high-quality content for broadcast.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">This position requires strong technical proficiency, creative storytelling ability, and a commitment to accuracy and deadlines. A flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and overtime when necessary are essential for this role. This is an in-studio position and must live in the DFW area, no remote work.</span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Edit video content for broadcast, and digital distribution in compliance with network technical and creative standards</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Manage all aspects of the post-production workflow &mdash; from ingest to final delivery &mdash; ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables, detail oriented</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Collaborate with producers, directors, and creative teams to shape visual storytelling and meet objectives</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Maintain adherence to broadcast standards, including color space, aspect ratio, audio levels, and captioning requirements</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Troubleshoot workflow and technical issues to ensure smooth production and delivery</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Remain current with editing tools, broadcast technologies, and emerging media trends</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime, as required to meet production deadlines</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">5&ndash;7+ years of professional experience in video editing, preferably within a broadcast, or agency environment</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">In-depth understanding of broadcast terminology and specifications, including timecode, slates, bars &amp; tone, and loudness standards</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Strong storytelling, pacing, and editorial judgment skills</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail under tight deadlines</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">A professional demo reel showcasing broadcast-quality work</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Experience with live or near-live broadcast workflows</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Familiarity with cloud-based review and collaboration tools</li><li style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">Working knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, or sound design</li></ul><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\"><strong>To Apply:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: 14px;\">&nbsp;Please submit your resume and recent demo reel, highlighting your editing experience.&nbsp;</span></p></div>\n",
