Description
In this role, you will impact product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency by supervising quality control activities, managing inspection processes, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.
Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing protocols to maintain product quality.
Analyze quality data, identify trends, and lead corrective actions to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and support continuous improvement efforts.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality management systems.
Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE Proven experience of 6+ years in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, inspection techniques, and regulatory compliance standards. Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools to monitor quality metrics and drive improvements. Experience with quality control software and tools relevant to manufacturing environments. WE VALUE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Experience leading and managing quality control teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies. Commitment to safety, compliance, and fostering an inclusive team culture.
