          "text": "<p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior SAP Functional Expert – Production (PP)</strong> to lead the design, optimization, and transformation of our SAP Production Planning landscape.</p><p>The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP PP, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proven track record delivering end-to-end SAP projects in complex environments.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PP and related modules (PP-PI, QM), ensuring seamless integration with MM, SD, and PM</li><li>Partner with business stakeholders to gather complex requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient SAP solutions</li><li>Drive global and regional SAP initiatives, including rollouts, upgrades, and continuous improvement programs</li><li>Develop clear functional specifications (RICEFW) and collaborate closely with ABAP, Basis, and integration teams</li><li>Define and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes, including MRP, production orders, shop floor execution, and capacity planning</li><li>Ensure effective integration with external systems such as MES platforms</li><li>Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and cross-functional teams</li><li>Manage incidents, changes, and project activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery</li><li>Maintain comprehensive documentation (process flows, configurations, functional designs, training materials)</li><li>Stay current on SAP S/4HANA capabilities and identify opportunities for digital manufacturing transformation</li><li>Support pre-sales activities and contribute to business development efforts</li></ul><p><br>\n&#xa0;</p>",
