What You’ll Do: Provide expert support to customers and colleagues with parts-related inquiries Accurately quote, process, and track customer parts orders Handle calls and emails with a professional, positive attitude Create purchase orders and manage inventory to fulfill customer needs Process credit card payments and maintain financial accuracy Maintain detailed and organized reports and documentation Ensure quality control of outgoing parts shipments Read and interpret parts and assembly drawings to provide informed service Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service processes Why Kustom Signals?
