This role verifies room readiness and supports staff to maintain exceptional quality.</p>\n\n<h2><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Inspect assigned rooms for cleanliness, proper setup, and supply levels.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Document deficiencies and verify timely corrections.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Report maintenance issues immediately.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Provide coaching and quality-check support for staff.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Inspect VIP rooms and special request accommodations.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Coordinate room readiness with other resort departments.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2><strong>Additional Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Assist with cleaning when needed during high-demand periods.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Uses phone to track/monitor room cleans through the location's computer program.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Pre and post-storm preparations.</p>\n\t</li>\n\t<li>\n\t<p>Support laundry or public-area tasks as required.</p>\n\t</li>\n</ul>",
