We look for talent committed to service excellence, who can build strong personal connection and act as brand ambassadors. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>If you’re interested in growing and developing a long-term career at <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Grace Loves Lace this Bridal Stylist opportunity in our Melbourne Boutique is for you!</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This Full-Time role is working a 4-day Friday-Sunday &amp; Tuesday (31 hours per week).</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A GLL Stylist -</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Provide personalised one-on-one private styling appointments</span></li>\n<li><span>Go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service experience</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain flawless personal presentation and impeccable people skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Strive towards &amp; exceed monthly individual and team sales goals</span></li>\n<li><span>Are professional, yet down to earth and love what we do</span></li>\n<li><span>Have a reputation for being the industry leaders in personalized and friendly VIP service</span></li>\n<li><span>Take individual measurements accurately and up-style from our exquisite range of accessories &amp; occasional range</span></li>\n<li><span>Multi-task between taking appointments and following up with brides via email &amp; phone - working off an iPad they are IT savvy!</span></li>\n<li><span>Have a high standard of commitment and work ethic as there is extensive product knowledge to be learned</span></li>\n<li><span>The face of our brand, acting as our brand ambassadors you are provided with our beautiful products to wear while in the boutique</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to work weekends</span><span> – these are our busiest boutique days, but we promise you on these days you will have the most fun!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Experience and Skills -</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous experience in sales with a strong focus on customer service</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven track record in achieving excellent sales results and exceeding KPIs</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work individually and in a team to achieve targeted results</span></li>\n<li><span>Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal</span></li>\n<li><span>The ability to build and maintain strong relationships through the customer journey</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to learn quickly and retain information across a diverse and high-quality product range</span></li>\n<li><span>Be hard working with strong multi-tasking skills</span></li>\n<li><span>Highest standard of attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to work weekends and have the flexibility to take on extra shifts as needed</span></li>\n<li><span>Intermediate to advanced administration capability skills as following up with brides and data entry is key within this role</span></li>\n<li><span>Intermediate IT experience using an iPad, MS Office &amp; data entry eg.
