Description We are seeking a business-oriented AI and automation leader to identify, prioritize, design, and help implement practical workflow improvements that reduce seller administrative burden, improve internal process efficiency, and increase customer-facing time. This role will translate business needs into scalable process improvements, low-code automations, agent-assisted workflows, and adoption plans across sales and marketing operations. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows. Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities. Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams. Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity. Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly. Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes. Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement Help document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable. WHO YOU ARE: You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations. You figure out the processes necessary to get things done. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions. FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses 5+ years of experience in business analysis , process improvemen t, workflow design , operations , or automation . Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills. Hands-on experience with workflow tools Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams. Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
