    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a business-oriented AI and automation leader to identify, prioritize, design, and help implement practical workflow improvements that reduce seller administrative burden, improve internal process efficiency, and increase customer-facing time. This role will translate business needs into scalable process improvements, low-code automations, agent-assisted workflows, and adoption plans across sales and marketing operations.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>Identify repetitive, rules-based, high-friction work that can be simplified, automated, or shifted out of seller workflows.</li>\n <li>Translate business pain points into process maps, workflow logic, requirements, and prioritized automation opportunities.</li>\n <li>Prototype and implement solutions using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Forms, and Teams.</li>\n <li>Partner with Salesforce, IT, and architecture teams when workflows require CRM integration or broader system connectivity.</li>\n <li>Pilot solutions with small cohorts, collect feedback, and iterate quickly.</li>\n <li>Define metrics and track business impact for workflow changes.</li>\n <li>Support adoption through training, documentation, and enablement</li>\n <li>Help document guardrails, risks, and readiness criteria so solutions are scalable and sustainable.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>WHO YOU ARE:</strong>&nbsp;You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations.&nbsp;You figure out the processes necessary to get things done.&nbsp;You experiment with a wide&nbsp;range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes. You consistently apply a business driver and marketplace focus when prioritizing actions.</p>\n<p><strong>FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc\">\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in any related STEM courses</li>\n <li><strong>5+ years</strong> of experience in <strong>business analysis</strong>, <strong>process improvemen</strong>t, <strong>workflow design</strong>, <strong>operations</strong>, or <strong>automation</strong>.</li>\n <li>Strong process mapping and requirements translation skills.</li>\n <li>Hands-on experience with workflow tools&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, drafting, and workflow design.</li>\n <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.</li>\n <li>Ability to move quickly, pilot solutions, and improve through feedback</li>\n <li><strong>Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future</strong>\n  <ul>\n   <li><strong>Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1 (including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.&nbsp;</strong></li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:</strong>&nbsp;</p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;  padding-left: 48px\">\n <li>Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform,&nbsp;Power Automate,&nbsp;SharePoint, Teams, and Forms.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Salesforce workflows and commercial processes.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with Snowflake or broader data platform concepts.</li>\n <li>Experience with user enablement, training, or change adoption.</li>\n <li>Experience validating solution quality through pilots, UAT, or QA.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\"><strong>Our Culture &amp; Commitment to You</strong></a></p>\n<p>We recognize that for our organization to support a diverse workforce, we must focus on employee wellbeing.
