Our leader will have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and be able to execute a plan and drive results. This manager will be proactive in understanding full environmental service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile special events on campus. Valid Driver's License with clear background</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Be responsible for driving positive client and student satisfaction scores</li>\n <li>Provide a sanitized and safe environment for students, faculty, visitors and staff  </li>\n <li>Understand service needs and accurately scale labor needs for large, high-profile events </li>\n <li>Have demonstrated experience mentoring a large team including explaining goals of contract to the team and influence their professionalism to drive positive results</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
