Our critical systems are robust and wide-ranging, and support our fast-growing engineering, design, sales, operations, finance, and customer success teams. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust platform capabilities and efficient internal tools that empower our teams and support business growth. We are looking for an individual with a strong focus on system design, data analysis, and operational excellence, who can adapt to diverse technical and business challenges and work within a high-growth, high-pace environment. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with all departments to understand tooling requirements and ensure platform capabilities align with organizational objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work directly with the CTO and VP of Product to transition ownership of the roadmap and product delivery.
