Directly or indirectly, you'll have exposure to cutting-edge technology and groundbreaking medical research.</p>\n<p><strong>All Children's Hospital</strong> in <strong>St. Petersburg, FL</strong> is hiring for an <strong>Ultrasound Technologist - Sonographer.</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: (2 openings)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Monday - Thursday; 12:00 PM- 10:30 PM</li>\n <li><p>Wednesday 7:00 AM -7:30 PM, Thursday & Friday 9:00 AM -5:30 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range:</strong> $44 - $48</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Performs diagnostic sonographic and interventional procedures in the department or on the units under the general supervision of the Chief Imaging Technologist and with the assistance of a Physician or a Senior Sonographer.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Consistently selects appropriate equipment and protocol required for patient's exam when considering patient's age and  development and study requested according to established guidelines.</li>\n <li>Routinely maneuvers patient into optimal position(s) according to established guidelines.</li>\n <li>Consistently demonstrates appropriate knowledge of normal and abnormal anatomy by obtaining complete series of diagnostic, quality images within an agreed upon time frame per protocol.</li>\n <li>Routinely and accurately obtains reproducible measurements needed per protocol using established manual or computerized methods.</li>\n <li>Consistently provides interpreting physician with completed study and preliminary findings.</li>\n <li>Regularly adheres to new and/or revised aseptic technique procedures and protocols.</li>\n <li>Provides ultrasound guidance for basic invasive procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent including successful completion of an approved curriculum in diagnostic sonography.</li>\n <li>ARDMS RVT certification is required.</li>\n <li>CPR BLS certification required.</li>\n <li>At least one year of pediatric ultrasound experience is required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Johns Hopkins Health System and its affiliates are an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employers.
