We prioritize compassion, structure, and growth, recognizing that healing and learning go hand in hand.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>We are seeking passionate, collaborative, and student-centered <strong>Teachers</strong> across multiple content areas to join our expanding team. Teachers at NOA deliver individualized, standards-based instruction while actively supporting students’ social-emotional and behavioral growth. They play a central role in maintaining IEP compliance, engaging students through experiential learning, and building a safe, structured classroom environment.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Instruction & Planning</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design and implement engaging, standards-aligned lessons using the Gradual Release of Responsibility model.</li>\n <li>Assess and track academic progress regularly; provide timely, actionable feedback.</li>\n <li>Support IEP development, documentation, and compliance in partnership with the Special Education Team.</li>\n <li>Integrate therapeutic and academic strategies to meet each student's unique needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field</li>\n <li>Active Pennsylvania Teacher Certification in Content Area of Need (or willingness to pursue if eligible)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience teaching students with diverse learning needs (1+ year preferred)</li>\n <li>Familiarity with special education laws and IEP processes</li>\n <li>Strong communication, organization, and reflective practice skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are committed to providing equal  employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual’s characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>BEL01</p>",
