We are looking for driven and reliable candidates to join our 1st shift team and help us save lives every day. <strong>APPLY NOW!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday</p>\n<p>Full benefits package is included!</p>\n<p>Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly with opportunity to grow</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements</li>\n <li>Sufficient Mechanical SKill to set-up and run winding machinery</li>\n <li>Count wire turns on a variety of coil forms</li>\n <li>Lead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utlizing a large stacking machine)</li>\n <li>Solder by dipping or using solder iron</li>\n <li>Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring</li>\n <li>Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions</li>\n <li>Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process</li>\n <li>Assist in training new employees</li>\n <li>Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed</li>\n <li>Records time and quantity produced on timesheets daily</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications, Skills and Attributes</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training</li>\n <li>Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries </li>\n <li>Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language</li>\n <li>Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions</li>\n <li>Use measuring instruments, i.e. ruler, caliper, Optical Comparator</li>\n <li>Good eye-hand coordindation</li>\n <li>Previous work with microscope</li>\n <li>Ability to effectively problem solve</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently or on a team</li>\n <li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</li>\n</ul>\n<h2> </h2>\n<p></p>",
