We are offering the opportunity to work at an academic medical center in a rural environment. Qualified candidates must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT). The PEDI-RCP will provide care in all CHAD areas including but not limited to: Intensive Care Nursery, Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Specialty Care, Birthing Pavilion, and Emergency Department.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<li> Performs all responsibilities as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.</li> \n<li> Assists in High risk deliveries.</li> \n<li> Responds to OB Emergencies.</li> \n<li> Responds to Pediatric and Neonatal Code Blue, Pediatric Stat Airway Activations, and Pediatric Rapid Response Activations.</li> \n<li> Competent in the management of Mechanical Ventilation in Neonatal and small pediatric patient populations.</li> \n<li> Competent in the application and management of High Frequency Oscillator and the Jet ventilator.</li> \n<li> Maintains competency in the administration of surfactant to preterm infants.</li> \n<li> Competent in administration of nitrous oxide to pediatric patients for painful procedures.</li> \n<li> Completes NOEP during ICN orientation.</li> \n<li> Performs other duties as required or assigned.</li>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program</li> \n <li> Registered Respiratory Therapist via the NBRC</li> \n <li> Minimum of 2 years working in adult critical care or previous neonatal/pediatric critical care experience</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Required Licensure/Certifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> Licensed in NH as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)</li> \n <li> Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)</li> \n <li> Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification upon hire</li> \n <li> Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification within 6 months of hire date.</li> \n <li> Neonatal Resuscitation Provider Certification within 6 months of hire date.</li>\n</ul>",
