    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>The Servicing Operations Specialist II is a member of the Special Services team within the Servicing division at UWM. This team is responsible for Loan Boarding, MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration System), investor requests, all internal and external Servicing Audits and various adhoc requests that enter into the Servicing team.  The Servicing Operations Specialist II role is a more seasoned role within the Special Services team and will be hired with a specific focus on both Loan Boarding and MERS as well as other needs that arise. </p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Review and work daily exception reports </li>\n <li>Perform monthly, quarterly and annual reviews of loan portfolio </li>\n <li>Update the Subservicer’s systems as needed</li>\n <li>Partner with the subservicing teams for loan boarding and MERS updates</li>\n <li>Monitor and service a portfolio of complex mortgage loans throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate maintenance of terms, interest rates, and payment structures.</li>\n <li>Help Internal teams with identifying the root cause of errors</li>\n <li>Effective communication with a wide variety of internal parties to resolve loan level issues</li>\n <li>Respond to email requests from AE’s and Brokers on behalf of borrowers</li>\n <li>Ensure all servicing activity adheres to investor (e.g., Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA) and regulatory requirements, including RESPA, TILA, and CFPB guidelines.</li>\n <li>Work tasks that require loan level updating</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must-have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years of Servicing experience or equivalent knowledge</li>\n <li>Great analytical and problem solving skills</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience with MS Excel</li>\n <li>Experience with MSP (Black Knight)</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple work items at the same time</li>\n <li>High School Diploma</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-have: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree</li>\n <li>Familiar with I Assist, FHA Connection, Valeri, and Docutech, Edge, Ease</li>\n <li>Knowledge of loan boarding and/or MERS processing</li>\n <li>Experience with special or non-standard loan products </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>THE PLACE & THE PERKS</h2>\n<p>Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
