    "description": "<p>We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen &amp; Facility Cleaner to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for both staff and customers. The successful candidate will support daily operations by following cleaning schedules and assisting the Duty Manager as needed.<br>Key Responsibilities<br>Daily Duties<br>Empty trash cans and replace liners throughout the building<br>Flatten cardboard boxes and dispose in dumpster<br>Maintain cleanliness around dumpster and outdoor areas<br>Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, trays, and bakery equipment<br>Follow proper 3-sink dishwashing method (wash, rinse, sanitize)<br>Sweep and mop all kitchen, bakery, dining, customer, and back areas<br>Clean and sanitize kitchen sink and prep areas<br>Check, clean, and restock all washrooms (upstairs &amp; downstairs)<br>Organize clean dishes and equipment in designated areas<br>Complete additional cleaning tasks assigned by Duty Manager<br>Weekly Deep Cleaning<br>Clean under kitchen equipment, shelves, and legs<br>Walls, ceilings, corners, and light fixtures<br>Walk-in coolers and dry storage areas<br>Outdoor carry-out areas<br>Hoods, vents, pizza grill, windows, and back areas<br>What We’re Looking For<br>Previous cleaning, janitorial, or kitchen experience (preferred but not required)<br>Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices<br>Strong attention to detail<br>Ability to work independently and as part of a team<br>Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude<br> <br>Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends<br></p>",
