This role is primarily based in our San Diego office, with some flexibility to work from home from time to time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You’ll work across teams including Sales, Finance, Customer Services &amp; Distribution, IT, and our distributor network to support day-to-day operations, improve processes, maintain system accuracy, and help solve problems as they come up.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing complex workflows, working with systems and data, and being the person who helps connect the dots across teams.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What your week might look like:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting commercial processes across the sales lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, distributor support, and order-to-cash activities</li>\n<li>Coordinating with Sales, Customer Services &amp; Distribution, Finance, and external distributor partners to keep operations moving smoothly</li>\n<li>Helping troubleshoot operational issues and finding practical solutions</li>\n<li>Maintaining accurate information across systems including Salesforce and ERP platforms</li>\n<li>Supporting process improvements, system updates, and rollout of new tools or workflows</li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining process documentation and standard operating procedures</li>\n<li>Assisting Finance with commission verification activities related to distributor operations</li>\n<li>Supporting operational readiness for projects like new product launches or system changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll bring!</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Must have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in an operations, commercial support, or coordination role</li>\n<li>Experience working with ERP systems</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>\n<li>Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and enjoys working collaboratively</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to have:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with hospitals, healthcare systems, or healthcare operations</li>\n<li>Salesforce experience</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Us?</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span>At AROA, we’re proud to be making a real difference in patients’ lives by advancing healing in complex wounds and soft tissue reconstruction.
