We want you to be a part of our future! </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>An exciting opportunity is available at our Mutley Plain studio for a Studio Assistant. Fully flexible contract, covering days, evenings and weekends, offering a minimum of 8 hours per week. Flexibility is a must, and additional hours are on offer to cover any staff holidays and sickness.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>What we are looking for:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous customer-facing experience</li>\n<li>English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills</li>\n<li>Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education</li>\n<li>Ability to attend mandatory training</li>\n<li>Examples of good time management</li>\n<li>Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment</li>\n<li>Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry</li>\n<li>Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are offering:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>£12.75 per hour with uncapped commission – age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way</li>\n<li>Access to our Premium Employee Assistance Programme</li>\n<li>10% off PureGym memberships and £0 joining fee</li>\n<li>Free use of tanning facilities after each shift</li>\n<li>Staff discount on all vending products</li>\n<li>5 and 10 year additional holiday allowance and bonus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Consol Tanning Ltd is a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and respected.
