These marketplaces are designed to electronically connect the members of buying groups with their supplier partners.</p>\n<p>We are looking for an EDI Analyst to collaborate with clients in creating tailored solutions to move data files through LBMX’s EDI network, overseeing and coordinating project stakeholders throughout. A high level of computer competency is required but no experience in computer programming is necessary.</p>\n<p>This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills, experience managing EDI transactions, and a proven track record of driving projects to completion. Successful candidates must thrive in an independent work environment and be dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.</p>\n<p>Additionally, candidates with prior experience managing AS2/VAN/SFTP communication protocols and exposure to ERP systems will be highly regarded.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We welcome applicants from all locations. Ultimately, we’re focused on finding the right talent and potential to succeed in this role.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Must be able to legally work within Canada.</em></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Positions to fill: 2</em></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead customer meetings, gather EDI requirements, drive projects forward, and own the results.</li>\n<li>Maintain proactive communication with customers to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.</li>\n<li>Configure customer accounts and create customized EDI guides based on specifications.</li>\n<li>Validate EDI transactions meet customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Monitor EDI network and identify root causes of transaction errors to apply appropriate corrections.</li>\n<li>Provide exceptional customer service with a professional, solution-oriented approach.</li>\n<li>Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and problem-solving discussions.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skill Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient in reviewing and understanding X12 specification documents.</li>\n<li>Experience transacting standard business documents through EDI (invoices, purchase orders, confirmations, etc.).</li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail. Effective problem-solving and problem-prevention skills.</li>\n<li>Strong verbal skills and ability to develop rapport with customers and team members over video and phone (e.g., Microsoft Teams).</li>\n<li>Enthusiastically work closely with others in a positive team environment.</li>\n<li>Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism to independently drive simultaneous projects from start to finish.</li>\n<li>Competent and comfortable in the use of computers, including standard business software such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.</li>\n<li>Eager and willing to take on new tasks and challenges.</li>\n<li>Technical fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working with a remote team would be considered an asset</li>\n<li>Understanding of additional data file formats: CSV, EDIFACT, XML, JSON, etc.</li>\n<li>Exposure to various Accounting/ERP/POS systems: Infor SXe, Epicor Eclipse, SAP, etc.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with data transport protocols: SFTP, AS2, VAN, etc.</li>\n<li>Prior use of JIRA, Salesforce, and Zendesk</li>\n<li>Professional certifications: PMP, CBDA, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience Required</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Two or more years of EDI-related experience handling business transactions</li>\n<li>Other experience, including but not limited to supply chain management, project management, business analysis<br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>Salary Range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications<br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Can Expect at LBMX</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including a health spending account and employee assistance program</li>\n<li>Three weeks’ vacation and five personal days to start, plus additional paid LBMX holidays throughout the year</li>\n<li>Company matched GRSP contributions</li>\n<li>Flexible summer hours and a strong commitment to work-life balance</li>\n<li>Education subsidies to support your professional growth</li>\n<li>Full access to LinkedIn Learning to support continuous development and skill building</li>\n<li>Maternity, Parental, and Compassionate Care Leave top-up program</li>\n<li>$500 new hire home office allowance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>LBMX is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
