Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year. </li>\n <li>Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient care</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Fills medication cassettes under the direct supervision of a pharmacist</li>\n <li>Prepares IV medications under the direct supervision of a pharmacist</li>\n <li>Prints out and fills label requests for First does and Stat medications. All labels and medications are inspected by a pharmacist prior to being delivered.</li>\n <li>Fills Floor Stock and Controlled Substances requests under the direct supervision of a pharmacist.</li>\n <li>Delivers supplies and medications to other departments as needed.</li>\n <li>Re-packages bulk forms of medications into unit dose packaging. Completes accompanying records which are then co-signed by the inspecting pharmacist.</li>\n <li>Orders, unpacks and stores supplies. Ensures all items are verified against invoice before being stored.</li>\n <li>Compiles outdated medications through monthly inspection of Pharmacy, and returns to appropriate vendor.</li>\n <li>Performs Quality Improvement activities as directed.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Currently enrolled in an approved School of Pharmacy program at an accredited college</li>\n <li>Current State Board of Pharmacy Registration Certificate as a Pharmacy Intern required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One to two year’s experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disabled/Veterans</em></p>",
