    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>The Position</strong></p><p><strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> &ndash; HVAC &nbsp;Looking for a hard-working and knowledgeable technician to assist us to keep &nbsp;our apartments and community looking beautiful and functioning efficiently. &nbsp;The right candidate should have a working knowledge of HVAC, electric, plumbing, drywall, flooring, appliances, windows and locks. &nbsp;We offer great working conditions and hours and excellent wages - paid vacation and sick time 16-25 PAID holidays per year! Boiler experience a plus.
