We consistently offer the best of both to all of our employees.</p>\n<h2>What Drives Success</h2>\n<p>Leads, supports, and coaches Branch Managers within a region to ensure consistency of complying with policies, procedures, and processes as well as achieving established performance goals. Area Manager is also ultimately responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the region. Area Manager is a role model and leader who must solve problems, make informed decisions and manage resources wisely in order to achieve maximum results with integrity and a high level of professionalism.</p>\n<p>Duties include, but are not limited to:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports, coaches, and mentors Branch Managers to ensure overall success</li>\n <li>Area Evaluations: Meets with each Branch Manager monthly. Visits branches monthly, reviews area operations to ensure the proper implementation of policies, procedures, and processes consistent with business model</li>\n <li>Safety: Reviews area safety records monthly to ensure branches are actively implementing best safety practices and are following all prescribed policies, procedures, and processes</li>\n <li>Financial: Reviews each branch’s financial performance monthly and defines the best course of action to achieve area budget and profitability goals.</li>\n <li>Recruitment: Conducts monthly review of area staffing status to ensure the appropriate recruitment activities, HR practices, and actions to meet growth goals. Ensures the Branch Managers in the region have the proper tools and support to recruit, on-board and develop employees</li>\n <li>Customer: Reviews, develops, and maintains customer alignment structure within the region to ensure effective and efficient customer engagement</li>\n <li>Training: Defines and develops training goals within the region to ensure all personnel are equipped and ready to meet business requirements. Trains Branch Managers to organize effectively and to develop strategies and goals to meet business objectives. Constantly monitors Branch Managers’ leadership ability and the ability to follow through on a chosen path or course of action</li>\n <li>Communication: Effectively communicates business strategies and goals to meet objectives</li>\n <li>Drives profitability and success throughout the Area</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Are Looking For</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum five years supervisory experience</li>\n <li>Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software</li>\n <li>Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships</li>\n <li>Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively</li>\n <li>Associate’s (A.A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school or related experience</li>\n <li>Successful track record in the areas of profitability, cost control, and business growth</li>\n <li>HVAC industry preferred; Service, Construction management a plus</li>\n <li>Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software</li>\n <li>NATE certification, CMS certification a plus</li>\n <li><strong>Travel Requirement of 85%</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p><strong><u>Compensation:</u></strong></p>\n<p>This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $90,000 - $110,000 annually.  Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
