We’re looking for a driven, client-focused Sales Account Executive to join our Des Moines, IA and Kansas City, KS teams. If you thrive on building relationships, uncovering business needs, and closing deals, this is your chance to grow with a company that invests in your success.
**This is a true outside sales hunter role. It requires consistent cold calling, in-person prospecting, and territory development.**

What You’ll Do:
Drive New Business – Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with businesses across the Des Moines metro area.
Sell Canon MFP Solutions – Present, demonstrate, and sell Canon multifunction printers and related document solutions tailored to client needs.
Consultative Sales Approach – Understand customer workflows, identify pain points, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Manage the Sales Cycle – From cold call to close, manage every step to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Collaborate with Team – Work closely with sales support, service, and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Meet and Exceed Targets – Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience (office technology, print solutions, or related industry preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Drive: Self-motivated with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales.
Knowledge: Understanding of business technology solutions is a +
Mindset: Goal-oriented, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
