    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Manufacturing Training Supervisor will direct the training department to ensure quality standards are met. Key results in this role include but are not limited to controlling training costs, maintaining training records and acts as an active internal auditor and administrative support for peer department. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, initiative-taking, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks and with a people-first mindset.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Supervises training leads, updates training dispatches, delivers employee evaluations, creates development plans and supports goals and tracks progress of department.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintains and schedules internal OTJ audits through pulse checks and signs offs. &nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Strengthen training programs across technical skills, OSHA compliance, operational procedures, and onboarding.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assists&nbsp;with document changes and training documentation by utilizing L2L and Trubox software&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Observes and document non-existing training SOPs and WI&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Facilities quarterly TWI classes to SMEs and Trainer Leads.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Identifies non-existing training SOPs, WI, and Process Maps&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Delivers effective hands on OTJ training and supports Safety and L2L classroom training.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Partners with production supervisors and management on all shifts to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Monitor training effectiveness using metrics (KPI’s), feedback and performance outcomes.</span></li>\n <li><span>Delivers effective Supervisor level hands on training&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Follows and leads w/ Worthington Enterprises Philosophy</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong respect/interpersonal skills (The Golden Rule)</span></li>\n <li><span>Must understand and follow all safety policies and procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Must understand and follow quality policies and procedures</span></li>\n <li><span>Must have the ability to read, understand, and communicate using the English language</span></li>\n <li><span>Advanced computer skills including Microsoft office w/ advanced Excel knowledge</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong communication skills</span></li>\n <li><span>Flexible schedule required: Must be willing to adjust hours to support all shifts</span></li>\n <li><span>Provides continuous feedback to employees and leadership, as necessary.</span></li>\n <li><span>Positive attitude, good example to others, highly engaged and motivated</span></li>\n <li><span>Solid digital navigation skills</span></li>\n</ul>",
