This role ensures accurate forecasting of timelines, resource allocation, and sequencing of activities across all phases of construction. The Scheduler works closely with project managers, superintendents, estimators, and subcontractors to provide schedule visibility, risk identification, and proactive solutions that keep projects on track.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed baseline schedules for preconstruction, procurement, and construction activities using industry-standard scheduling software (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Maintain and update project schedules throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to gather accurate activity durations, sequencing, and progress updates.</li>\n<li>Perform schedule analyses, including critical path, variance, and what-if scenarios, to forecast impacts and recommend recovery strategies.</li>\n<li>Generate and distribute regular schedule reports, narratives, and look-ahead schedules to stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Support the estimating and preconstruction team with schedule input for bids, proposals, and project planning.</li>\n<li>Identify potential scheduling risks and work with project leadership to develop mitigation strategies.</li>\n<li>Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and company standards.</li>\n<li>Assist in resource loading and leveling, ensuring labor and equipment availability aligns with project timelines.</li>\n<li>Support project close-out by maintaining accurate as-built schedules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).</li>\n<li>3+ years of scheduling experience in the commercial construction industry, preferably with a general contractor.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and logistics.</li>\n<li>Ability to interpret construction documents, specifications, and contracts.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and with subcontractors.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid driver’s license.</li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Procore, and scheduling software.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as plans and specifications, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of construction principles/practices required.</li>\n<li>Self-starter with strong organizational, file management, and time management skills.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a team-based environment</li>\n<li>Ability to problem solve and develop outcomes with multiple stakeholders</li>\n<li>A knowledge seeker who will ask why and research things they do not understand</li>\n<li>Someone who can work hard and play hard! </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary: </span>$100k - $180k (Depending on experience)</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>100% Health insurance for Employee</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Dental / Vision insurance</li>\n<li>Paid time off</li>\n<li>Sick Days</li>\n<li>Wellness Days</li>\n<li>Paid Holidays</li>\n<li>Discretionary Bonus</li>\n<li>Company sponsored events in the community</li>\n<li>Recruiting Bonuses</li>\n<li>Company Credit Card </li>\n<li>Phone Allowance</li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Annual Christmas Party with Hotel</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-size: 12pt\">Use of SBJ Kings Suite - Light the Beam!</span></li>\n</ul>",
