    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is hiring a Procurement Specialist/Admin for our Integrated Manufacturing facility in Arlington, TX.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more.</p>\n<p>As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. If you are looking for growth, meaningful work, and a chance to be part of a team shaping the future of off-site integration and manufacturing, this is the place to make an impact!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Purchase finished goods and raw materials, such as electrical conduit, boxes, wire, fabricated parts, fittings, shop supplies, etc from local & global suppliers</li>\n <li>Make sourcing decisions that demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial terms, price quotes, discounts, schedules, etc</li>\n <li>Demonstrate business acumen to establish win-win agreements and relationships</li>\n <li>Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness</li>\n <li>Resolve vendor related problems with quality, billing, delivery, and return issues</li>\n <li>Interact with various construction project teams and manufacturing facilities to ensure continuous supply of materials and deadlines are met</li>\n <li>Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>2+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Computer savvy—experienced in using ERP/MRP systems and able to use the data to decrease the total cost of acquisition</li>\n <li>Must possess analytical skills in forecasting production needs and capacity</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Successful track record of troubleshooting, and resolving conflict in a way that is both assertive and diplomatic</li>\n <li>A collaborative working style that removes obstacles and promotes teamwork</li>\n <li>High School diploma or G.E.D.</li>\n <li>Proficient computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (emphasis on MS Excel)</li>\n <li>Must have valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass background check and drug/alcohol screening for access to all job sites</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>How we support you:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our environment allows you to take pride in your work, create meaningful connections, and acquire growth-based development skills.</p>\n<p>We are also committed to providing you with a comprehensive range of benefits aimed at supporting your success both in and outside the workplace and ensuring your security and well-being.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Some of what we have to offer includes:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Weekly Pay</li>\n <li>Bonuses</li>\n <li>Job advancement</li>\n <li>Flexible work schedule</li>\n <li>Health benefit options</li>\n <li>401(k) company contribution</li>\n <li>Regular team building/employee appreciation activities</li>\n <li>PTO</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Cummings Electrical is an equal opportunity employer.</p>",
