    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Job Position Summary:</strong> Responsible for the day-to-day quality improvements initiatives as well as the planning, coordination, and implementation of specific quality improvement projects.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering environment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Quality Engineering experience in aerospace manufacturing</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Thorough understanding of inspection methods, techniques, and equipment</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with ISO-9001 or AS-9100 Quality Management Systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with common machine shop gaging and techniques</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to manage projects and get them done in a timely manner</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to identify areas for improvement and think strategically to enhance efficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to identify root cause and determine corrective actions</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of 6S</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of blueprint reading (GD&amp;T)</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to pass annual eye exam by licensed optometrist</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong understanding of AS9102 First Article submittal process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to perform internal audits independently.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Duties/Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure adherence to safety regulation and standard.
