(NYSE: PWR), is a geotechnical drilling company merging innovation with experience to consistently provide accurate data and efficient, constructible solutions to projects of any size.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Our multidisciplinary team combines the expertise of structural and geotechnical engineers with experienced drillers, construction managers, geologists, and quality management specialists.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Field Safety Professional at Crux Subsurface is responsible for supporting, educating and engaging within Field activities to support safe and production accomplishment of project related objectives. This is a travelling position, exploring the country while supporting crews performing critical infrastructure work. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<strong>Pay: $30.00 – $40.00/hr DOE + overtime</strong>\n<strong>Typical hours: 50–60 hrs/week (OT after 40 at time and a half)</strong>\n<strong>Schedule: 3 weeks on / 1 week off</strong>\n<strong>Travel support: Per diem + travel expenses + lodging provided</strong>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life Insurance Provided with Premium Cost Share between employer and employee.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>401k and Roth contribution with company match eligibility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Vacation and Sick Leave accrual in accordance with company plans.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p>You'll be embedded with project crews from day one — trusted, empowered, and making an impact on every shift.</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Be the go-to safety partner for project leadership and crews on every job site</li>\n <li>Deliver safety training and orientations for incoming crew members</li>\n <li>Develop and execute project-specific health and safety plans</li>\n <li>Conduct site audits and lead incident investigations</li>\n <li>Exercise Stop Work Authority when it counts</li>\n <li>Keep crews equipped, compliant, and moving forward in the field</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years in heavy civil, foundation, geotechnical, or industrial construction</li>\n <li>OSHA 30-Hour (preferred)</li>\n <li>First Aid / CPR / AED Trainer — or ability to obtain within 6 months</li>\n <li>Strong field communication skills and confidence training any audience</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel across the U.S. up to 75% of calendar days</li>\n</ul>Preferred but not required\n<ul>\n <li>Rigging Competent Person certification</li>\n <li>NCCCO Crane Certification</li>\n <li>Experience working on steep terrain or remote access sites</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You'll Get</h2>\n<p>We're a Quanta Services company with national reach and a crew-first culture.
