Learn more at www.rmsmachining.com and www.cretexmedical.com.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Milling CNC Machinist Position Summary</strong></p>\n<p>The Milling CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture of components and devices for the medical device industry.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Shifts Available</strong>: 2nd Shift 3:30 pm - 3:30 am</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$10,000 dependent on level of experience!</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Milling CNC Machinist Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operate Milling CNC machines</li>\n <li>Perform quality inspection on completed parts</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance on Milling CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance</li>\n <li>Complete tool changes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Milling CNC Machinist Position Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Operator experience with Milling CNC machines</li>\n <li>Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math</li>\n <li>Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints</li>\n <li>Experience using a microscope</li>\n <li>Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Milling CNC Machinist Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Machining experience with medical components, devices, or instruments</li>\n <li>Previous experience with tight tolerances</li>\n <li>Programming experience with Milling CNC Machines</li>\n <li>Experience with set-up on Milling CNC Machines</li>\n <li>Experience in troubleshooting of Milling CNC Machines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>rms Company Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $21.20 - USD $40.67 /Hr.\n<h2>Pay Range Details</h2>\n<p>This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
