Collaborate daily with Program Managers, CAMs, engineers, contracts, procurement, finance, quality, and other functions to ensure integrated execution. Present schedule performance data and recommendations to leadership, customer stakeholders, and functional teams. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support tool integrations across cost, schedule, and risk and change management systems. Required Qualifications: Five (5) or more years of experience in project scheduling or program planning within aerospace, defense, or other technically complex environments, supporting diverse program types. Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field. Experience developing and maintaining logic-driven network schedules for programs. Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology (CPM), float analysis, and schedule risk assessment. Experience with schedule baseline development and change control processes. Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and schedule integration techniques.
