    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Uses automatic forklift and RF technology equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse to replenish, stage and cycle count product to meet production timelines.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Shift: Monday - Friday 8 pm - 4:30 am</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Delivers to and returns product from production lines based on daily production schedules. Uses various pieces of automatic equipment as needed, including forklifts, cherry pickers and narrow-aisle lifts.</li>\n <li>Performs replenishment & tasking functions to keep all operations and pick locations well-supplied.</li>\n <li>Performs line setups and changeovers as needed.</li>\n <li>Shrink wraps and stages product to prepare for shipping.</li>\n <li>Performs cycle counting and scrap functions to maintain inventory accuracy.</li>\n <li>Rotates into various functions as needed.</li>\n <li>Meets production, quality and safety targets.</li>\n <li>Supports 5S initiatives ensuring areas are clean and free from debris and pallets.</li>\n <li>Maintains paperwork as needed.</li>\n <li>Assists in the training of new associates as needed.</li>\n <li>Performs marginal tasks as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education and/or Experience</strong>:</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED required.</li>\n <li>Certification required for use of all material handling equipment including automatics, forklifts, cherry pickers, and narrow aisle lifts. HDC will train associates when needed.</li>\n <li>One year experience in production environment required.</li>\n <li>Mainframe computer skills required.</li>\n <li>Experience with RF equipment and computerized warehouse management system a plus.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Mathematical Skills:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and count.</li>\n <li>Must be able to read and verify numbers, check data on a computer, audit data and perform number reconciliations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reasoning Ability</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to read a production schedule and plan material movement based on that schedule.</li>\n <li>Must be able to learn & apply all RF & tasking processes consistently.</li>\n <li>Must be able to problem solve and apply logical reasoning to all phases of the position.</li>\n <li>Must be able to prioritize tasks.</li>\n <li>Must be able to identify problems and propose solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Communication Ability</strong>:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrates ability to clearly communicate information to others especially Team Leaders, Supervisors and other team members regarding obstacles leading to production delays or quality concerns.</li>\n</ul>",
