This role focuses on org administration, platform optimization, project coordination, user support, and maintaining system integrity and security.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p><p><strong>Salesforce Administration&nbsp;</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage overall Salesforce org health and platform performance.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Oversee installed packages, upgrades, and compliance.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Plan and prepare for quarterly Salesforce releases and product retirements.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Ensure custom code and automations remain compliant.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Monitor data quality, user activity, license usage, and security benchmarks.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Reduce technical debt and review email audit logs.</li></ul><p><strong>Project &amp; Development Support</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Lead Salesforce-related projects and manage schedules and deliverables.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Gather requirements from business SMEs and review analysis and design (A&amp;D) documentation.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Coordinate the software development lifecycle, releases, and sandbox refreshes.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Prioritize and manage developer workload.</li></ul><p><strong>User Support &amp; Helpdesk</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage Jira service requests and maintain SLA performance.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Provide Tier 1 support for key Salesforce users.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Oversee onboarding/offboarding and review HR termination reports.</li></ul><p><strong>Back up &amp; Recovery</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Manage backups for production and sandboxes.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Investigate backup issues and re-authenticate after sandbox refreshes.</li><li style=\"tab-stops:list .5in;\">Maintain and archive backup records.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Analyst, or related role.</li><li>Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform tools.</li><li>Familiarity with SDLC, sandbox management, and release coordination.</li><li>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.</li><li>Willingness to travel domestically</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with user support and IT service management tools (e.g., Jira).</li><li>Salesforce Admin Certification.</li></ul><p><br><strong>Benefits that make life better:</strong></p><ul><li>Comprehensive Healthcare</li><li>401(k) with 100% company match; up to 5% vested</li><li>Paid Time Off starting on day one</li><li>Bonus opportunities</li><li>Health- &amp; Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts</li><li>Short- &amp; Long-Term Disability</li><li>Life &amp; AD&amp;D Insurance</li><li>Learning &amp; Training opportunities</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"font-family:&quot;Segoe UI&quot;;font-size:11.0pt;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\">&nbsp;#LI-AB1&nbsp; &nbsp;</p>",
