    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;' id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>This position ensures the safety of patrons by preventing and responding to emergencies. &nbsp;The Lifeguard must be prepared to react in an emergency situation and provide appropriate emergency care when needed, be knowledgeable of customer service standards and procedures, and enforce the facility procedures, rules and regulations in a consistent manner. &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES&nbsp;</strong>include the following: (Other duties may be assigned as needed)</p><ol start=\"1\" type=\"1\" style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Maintain surveillance of patrons in the facility. &nbsp;</li><li style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>Eliminate hazardous conditions or behaviors that could result in injury.</li></ol><ol start=\"3\" style=\"list-style-type: decimal;\"><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Enforce all pool rules and regulations.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Recognize and respond quickly and effectively to all emergency situations.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Provide emergency care when needed.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Inform other lifeguards and facility staff when additional help or equipment is needed.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Maintain 10/20 rule of protection while on duty.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Complete required reports and forms.</span></li><li><span style='line-height:115%;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;font-size:16px;'>Educate patrons about facility rules and regulations.</span></li></ol><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>None &nbsp;</p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><p style='margin:0in;font-size:16px;font-family:\"Times New Roman\",serif;'>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. &nbsp;
