  "key_responsibilities": "<ul><li><!--block-->Design roadway system improvements and related transportation structures under the guidance of a Senior Engineer.</li><li><!--block-->Prepare plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates.</li><li><!--block-->Perform technical studies and prepare technical documents such as Project Reports.</li><li><!--block-->Develop appropriate preliminary concepts and layouts.</li><li><!--block-->Oversee and mentor entry level staff.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
