    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>Bartender (Barman)</p>\r\n<p><strong>Description:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in\r\ncompliance with all Company and health department standards and\r\npolicies. Is responsible for processing transactions using the Company's\r\nP.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Maintain the\r\nbar is fully stocked, with no product overages of shortages.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Minimum age requirement is 21. Must be able to communicate\r\neffectively. Must be able Bartento obtain all required work cards and\r\nGaming Registration. Knowledge of wines, spirits, Beverage, Cordials and\r\nafter dinner drinks. Must have cash handling experience. Must possess\r\nunderstanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink\r\nrecipes, garnishments, and an understanding of soda, juice and liquor\r\nguns.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Descripción:</strong></p>\r\n<p>Prepara y sirve bebidas a los Huéspedes y meseros de acuerdo con\r\ntodos los estándares y políticas de la Compañía y del departamento de\r\nsalud. Es responsable de procesar transacciones utilizando el sistema\r\nP.O.S. de la Compañía y es responsable de cualquier variación de\r\nefectivo. Mantiene el bar completamente abastecido, sin excedentes de\r\nproductos o escasez.</p>\r\n<p><strong>Calificaciones:</strong></p>\r\n<p>El requisito de edad mínima es de 21 años</p>\r\n<p>Debe poder comunicarse de manera eficaz.
