Join our team of experience-makers and food fanatics and be part of creating memorable experiences! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>SodexoMagic</strong> is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Paid Airport Parking\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product;</li>\n <li>achieve company and client financial targets and goals;</li>\n <li>develop and maintain client and customer relationships;</li>\n <li>motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or</li>\n <li>ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs.</li>\n <li>fully versed in Profit and Loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
