By combining the proven experience of our professionals with modern systems and technology, we provide our clients with a cost-effective solution to address their mass tort litigation needs while improving the quality of the information.</p>\n<h2>Who You Are</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a Payment Processing Analyst / Manager to execute high-volume disbursement processing for our claims administration business. This role is responsible for executing and supervising day-to-day payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments, and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and experienced in managing complex payment workflows.</p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute end-to-end payment processing for claims distributions, including high volumes of checks, ACH, and wire payments using a combination of in- house systems and multiple banking platforms.</li>\n <li>Ensure timely, accurate, and secure execution of all disbursements.</li>\n <li>Supervise others responsible for payment processing.</li>\n <li>Perform monthly bank reconciliations.</li>\n <li>Resolve positive pay exceptions, rejected payments, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.</li>\n <li>Serve as a primary point of contact with clients regarding payment status, reporting, and issue resolution.</li>\n <li>Prepare reports using advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations) as well as using in-house reporting software.</li>\n <li>Partner with internal teams (claims, IT etc.) to support seamless operations.</li>\n <li>Enforce internal controls, approval workflows, and audit-ready documentation.</li>\n <li>Monitor operational efficiency; recommend process improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.</li>\n <li>Experience in payment processing, treasury operations, claims administration, or financial operations a plus.</li>\n <li>High comfort level with technology, including financial systems and banking platforms</li>\n <li>Strong Excel skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Salary range: $65,000–$75,000, commensurate with experience.
