          "text": "<p>We are seeking a Fire Alarm / Life Safety Inspector to join our growing team in New York City. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in fire alarm systems, code compliance inspections, and life safety systems within commercial, residential, or industrial environments.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fire alarm systems, NYC fire/life safety codes, and inspection procedures, along with excellent communication and documentation skills.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform inspections, testing, and evaluations of fire alarm and life safety systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable NFPA standards, NYC building/fire codes, and client requirements</li><li>Conduct field inspections and identify deficiencies or code violations</li><li>Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, property managers, engineers, and AHJs as needed</li><li>Support fire alarm code consulting activities and provide recommendations for corrective actions</li><li>Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and service activities</li><li>Assist with project closeouts and compliance verification</li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by manager</li></ul>",
