If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. <br>Applicants must be available to work 3 days a week between midweek and weekends. We are looking for team members who share these values and take pride in creating outstanding guest experiences.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Brief</span></p>\n<p>To ensure that all guestrooms, public areas, are serviced to the agreed presentation and high standards of<br>the Hotel, throughout the day. You will demonstrate care in everything you do, take ownership of your work, and approach each day with energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p>Working with the team to deliver the highest cleaning standards, the successful candidate will:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure consistent hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of guest bedrooms and public areas, showing genuine<br>care for both guests and colleagues</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work efficiently and safely, managing tasks effectively and multitasking when required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comply fully with rosters, demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and excellent timekeeping</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Contribute positively to the team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practice</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure all public areas receive the evening service required on an ongoing basis.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Inspect carpets, fabrics, furnishings, and fittings daily to check they are clean and in good repair.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure that VIP rooms receive special attention gifts, flowers etc.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Establish and maintain good working relations with all the other employees of the department.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure the correct standards of hygiene, appearance and behaviour are adhered to.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To be fully aware of and adhere to fire precautions and fire evacuation procedures.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To wear the appropriate uniform, and to adhere to dress and appearance standards.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure guest corridors are always clean and tidy.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To take reasonable care to ensure own health and safety and the health and safety of others.</span><br><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To report any physical condition that is deemed unsafe or potentially unsafe.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">To assist with any other reasonable duties as directed.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Candidate Requirements</span></p>\n<p>The right candidate will have a professional, friendly, and approachable manne<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">r</span>, combined with:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>A strong team-player mindset and willingness to support others</li>\n<li>A proactive, “can-do” attitude with high levels of<br>energy &amp; drive</li>\n<li>A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service</li>\n<li>The ability to work independently and take responsibility for standards</li>\n<li>A commitment to improving skills, knowledge, and performance within the role</li>\n<li>Previous experience is essential</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">This position is for </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">midweek &amp; weekend work</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">.</span></p>",
