About this Role Flare Construction is hiring a Traveling Field Mechanic to support active project sites across our Civil and Gas Division operations. You’ll be stationed full-time on out-of-town project sites, diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment and fleet vehicles in the field — the kind of work where your decisions directly impact crew productivity and project timelines. This role is built for an experienced, self-directed mechanic who works well independently and can handle complex repairs without the shop down the street. This is a leveled position. Placement as Mechanic I, II, or III is determined through the interview and evaluation process based on your experience, certifications, and demonstrated skill level.
