This high-impact leadership role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing, translating commercial strategy into differentiated, executable solutions that win.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and have a passion for designing complex service solutions that deliver measurable value, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact at scale.</p>\n<h2>Incentives</h2>Comprehensive benefit package, commission plan, long term incentives, vehicle allowance, and remote home office with travel opportunities.\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Lead & Develop the Team</strong>Manage and mentor a team of solution design professionals, setting priorities, building capability, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output aligned to growth goals.</li>\n <li><strong>Partner to Win Business</strong>Collaborate with Sales and Operations to shape competitive, client-ready solutions, participate in deal strategy and presentations, and help drive successful outcomes on complex pursuits.</li>\n <li><strong>Design & Deliver Differentiated Solutions</strong>Lead the development of innovative HTM solutions that are operationally sound, financially viable, and tailored to client needs, including capital strategies and multi-service offerings.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive Process Excellence & Consistency</strong>Build and implement scalable tools, playbooks, and standards that improve speed, quality, pricing discipline, and consistency across solution development.</li>\n <li><strong>Enable Sales & Influence Strategy</strong>Support pursuit strategy by defining win themes, strengthening value propositions, and coaching teams to improve deal quality, win rates, and long-term profitability. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What You Bring</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience leading solution design or technical teams in a matrixed organization</li>\n <li>Strong executive communication and presentation skills</li>\n <li>Deep understanding of healthcare, clinical engineering, and HTM services</li>\n <li>Ability to translate complex client needs into actionable, scalable solutions</li>\n <li>Strong financial acumen and experience with pricing and cost structures</li>\n <li>Track record of improving win rates, deal quality, and margin performance</li>\n <li>Experience with CRM and proposal tools (e.g., Salesforce)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience</p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience -10 years </p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience - 10 years </p>",
