This role ensures the efficient and safe production of product components while maintaining quality standards and adhering to company safety policies.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></u>:</p><ul><li>Operate various machines such as press brakes, CNC Mills, Lathes, Plasma Table to fabricate components.</li><li>Welding experience not required but is a plus.</li><li>Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.</li><li>Read and understand detailed engineering drawings.</li><li>Gather, prepare, cut, roll, bend, weld, and/or assemble raw material to produce parts as detailed on mechanical drawings.</li><li>Ensure all quality standards are met including proper fit and alignment, verifying dimensions, and performing any necessary testing.</li><li>Maintain and follow a production schedule to deliver parts on time.</li><li>Follow all standard work instructions.</li><li>Document work and results as specified.</li><li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and safe working practices.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p>",
