The Manager will communicate with individuals at various levels to ensure a great customer service experience and a personalized touch.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a working manager position; you will be working on the floor as well!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work with the families, management staff, office staff, and care staff in all aspects of operations, including setting priorities and job assignments.</li>\n <li>Monitor each department, communicate and interpret policies, evaluate performance, provide feedback, and assist coach, and discipline staff as necessary.</li>\n <li>Assess client's care needs and complete contracts with them accordingly.</li>\n <li>Manage budgets. Monitor labor costs, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.</li>\n <li>Promote occupancy and revenue growth.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate independent judgment and discretion, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box.</li>\n <li>Interview, make hiring recommendations, and orient new staff.</li>\n <li>Schedule and reschedule staff.</li>\n <li>Cover shifts, provide care as needed, and ensure safe staffing at all time.  </li>\n <li>Responsible for tracking attendance and effectively carrying out disciplinary action where appropriate.</li>\n <li>Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.</li>\n <li>Rotate weekends while also rotating being on-call for staffing. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with leading a senior living community. </li>\n <li>Able to be on call and work weekends and holidays as needed.</li>\n <li>Proven leadership and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n <li>Ability to provide personal care for residents when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>ROOM FOR GROWTH.</li>\n <li>PAID TIME OFF.</li>\n <li>Paid orientation and training.</li>\n <li>Medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>BNM123</p>",
