    "description": "<p>We grow the world&rsquo;s BEST Strawberries &amp; that wouldn&rsquo;t be possible without our Production Operations Team!</p>\n\n<p>As part of our Production Operations Team, a <strong>Full-Time Facilities Associate </strong>plays a crucial role in ensuring that our buildings are secure, safe, clean, sanitized, and organized, so Oishii can sustain a positive work environment for all of our employees and guests.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p><strong>What you&rsquo;ll be responsible for</strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Ensure the facility is adequately stocked with cleaning and kitchen supplies, laundry and other general office items.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Keep walkways, corridors and common areas clear of debris or received goods.</li>\n\t<li>Organize and coordinate mail &amp; package deliveries.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Ensure offices and meeting rooms are adequately stocked, cleaned, and ready for employee and visitor use.</li>\n\t<li>Coordinate and assist event setup and teardown.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Parking lot &amp; grounds maintenance, indoor or outdoor.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Ensure all farm units, bathrooms and trash receptacles are cleaned.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Perform safety walks and sweeps, checking fire extinguishers on a monthly cadence.</li>\n\t<li>Ensure fire exits are not blocked by debris or equipment and ensure an overall safe work environment.&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Periodic trips to suppliers for pick ups of materials.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n\t<li>Periodic plant transfers between sites in non-cdl truck.</li>\n\t<li>Periodic filter change for office HVAC systems, Air Scrubbers and drinking water systems.</li>\n\t<li>Understand, implement, and enforce food safety policies, including worker hygiene, sanitation, and maintaining proper documentation.</li>\n\t<li>Oversee special projects, site repairs and ad hoc requests as needed.</li>\n</ul>\n",
