As an EEO employer, we provide opportunities for all qualified candidates without regards to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, protected veteran, or disabled status.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Crew Coordinators are responsible for coordinating our Pilots and Flight Attendants schedules ensuring the integrity of our daily flight schedule, in accordance with company and FAA government regulations. Provide excellent customer service; Accomplished by acting as a liaison for our crewmembers to other departments through various means. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensure efficient utilization of pilots and flight attendants as well as day-to-day tracking of their attendance.</li>\n <li>Be a resource for crewmembers. </li>\n <li>Communicate schedule changes to crewmembers in a timely manner.</li>\n <li>Ensure all crewmember assignments are in accordance with FAA mandated regulations and company policies.</li>\n <li>Maintain the integrity of the flight schedule by ensuring all segments have been assigned to a legal crew.</li>\n <li>Resolve flight crew legality problems and rest requirements based on appropriate regulatory and contractual requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain changes to flight crew schedules initiated by dispatch.</li>\n <li>Process trip swaps, trip drops, absence calls, and other daily schedule modifications.</li>\n <li>Ensure crewmember hotels are reserved and deadhead/ground transportation passes are provided when required.</li>\n <li>Coordinate cancels and reposition flights with dispatch.</li>\n <li>Ensure compliance with FARs, contract requirements, and departmental guidelines.</li>\n <li>Assist fellow coordinators and advanced planning specialists when needed.</li>\n <li>Work closely with dispatchers to resolve problems and coordinate the efficient daily operation of the airline.</li>\n <li>Report on daily scheduling and department status.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Other Duties</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Competencies Required</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Ethics and Values - Promotes the culture that provides employees a sense of belonging and maintains ethical principles in all work activities.</li>\n <li>Knows Our Business - Seeks opportunities to upgrade technical and professional skills.</li>\n <li>Building Trust & Decision Making - Communicates honestly and clearly. Is approachable and friendly.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma, or equivalent.</li>\n <li>Associate’s degree or higher preferred.</li>\n <li>1 year of customer service experience preferred.</li>\n <li>1 year of experience working in a crew scheduling/crew services environment preferred.</li>\n <li>Airline industry or operational experience preferred.</li>\n <li>Reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.</li>\n <li>Able to multitask efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.</li>\n <li>Strong Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>PC proficient in Microsoft Office products and general internet applications.</li>\n <li>Experience with CrewTrac preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to work any shift including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.</li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Work Environment & Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer work in a typical office environment, sitting for most of the day.</li>\n <li>Work four (4) 10-hour days, 3 days off.</li>\n <li>Typical work hours: 415am-215pm, 200pm – midnight, 900am-700pm, or 700pm – 500am; must be willing to work all shifts. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Providing world-class service to our customers starts with providing world-class benefits to our employees.
